A long career with law enforcement, the fire department or the military is something many men and women strive to achieve.  Those individuals approaching retirement age have a lot to celebrate.  After years of service, they finally will have the resources needed to spend quality time with their families, travel to exotic locations, and pursue the hobbies that have interested them in the past.  Custom challenge coins designed for retirement parties make great gifts for attendees and also serve as a fond reminder of the roles service men and women play in our communities.
