Our Winter Holiday Schedule and How It Affects You

With Christmas fast approaching, we wanted to take a moment to go over our holiday schedule with you.  This will give you enough time to place your orders and have them arrive in time for your tournament, special event or awards ceremony.  It will also give you the opportunity to contact us before our winter break with any questions you might have about your order.

Holiday Schedule:

December 16, 2011 is our last day of the year. We return to our office on January 2rd, 2012.  Please keep this in mind when considering your due dates.  If you need your products delivered during this time, we strongly urge you to contact us within the next few days to make sure that our production times match what you have in mind for a delivery date.

Orders:

Manufacturing of product will progress through our holiday as long as the order is confirmed with us before the 16th of December. Shipments will be sent out to US based addresses. Tracking numbers may not be available during this period.

APO/FPO Orders:

If your order is being delivered to an APO or FPO please have your order to us during to the first week of December. We would need to receive your order from our manufacturers by the 15th of December to reship it with USPS. We are unable to deliver directly from our manufacturer to your APO/FPO address.

The sooner you contact us the better.  We’ll have time to create custom artwork for your design and send it to you as a full color digital proof.  Once it looks the way that you want it to, we process your payment and submit your order to our manufacturing department.  Your lapel pins, key chains, lanyards, patches or challenge coins are created and sent to your home or office.
